Data Deletion

You can delete your Postdoin data at any time. Choose the way that suits you; each one removes your data from Postdoin.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Postdoin and tap your profile picture (top right).
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete.

This deletes your account and everything in it, and disconnects Instagram.

Option 2: remove Postdoin from Instagram

1. In Instagram, open Settings and activity.
2. Tap Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
3. Find Postdoin and tap Remove.

When you remove Postdoin from Instagram, we delete your Instagram access token and all data we received from Instagram, and stop every automation on your account. To delete the rest of your Postdoin data too, use option 1 or 3.

Option 3: email us

Email info@novasphere.rs from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Postdoin data". We will confirm by email once it is done.

What we delete

• Your account details (name, email, profile photo).
• Your business details, logo, brand choices and photos.
• Your generated posts, captions and hashtags.
• Your automation settings.
• Your Instagram connection, access token and any data received from Instagram.

How long it takes

Deletion starts right away and is complete within 30 days, including backups. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, and only for as long as required.
