Postdoin

Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nova Sphere for the use of Postdoin, the mobile app and https://post.doin.site(together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you can accept them for that business.

1. The Service

Postdoin creates Instagram post designs, captions and hashtags from the business details, brand choices and photos you provide, and can schedule posts and run message, comment and story automations on an Instagram account you connect.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with Google and must keep your account secure.
  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate business details.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the business details, logos and photos you add ("Your Content").
  • You give us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content only to provide the Service to you.
  • You confirm you have the right to use Your Content, including logos and photos, and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.
  • Photos from Pexels are used under the Pexels licence.

4. Generated posts

Post designs, captions and hashtags are generated automatically. You are responsible for reviewing them before you share or publish them, including any claims about your business, prices or offers. Subject to these terms, you may use the posts made for you for your business.

5. Instagram

  • Connecting Instagram uses Instagram's official login. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in Instagram.
  • You must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and Meta's policies when publishing and messaging.
  • Automatic replies are sent within the limits Instagram sets (for example, how long after a message a reply can be sent).
  • Postdoin is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • publish or send anything illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing or infringing;
  • send spam or messages people did not ask for;
  • break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the security of the Service;
  • use another person's account or data without permission.

7. Plans and payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. Payments are handled by the app store you use, under its terms, and subscriptions renew until you cancel them in that store.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features. We work to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and parts of it depend on services we do not control, such as Instagram.

9. Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Nova Sphere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you in the app if the changes are significant. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
