Privacy Policy

Postdoin ("Postdoin", "we", "us") is an app by Nova Sphere that helps restaurants create Instagram posts and manage their Instagram account. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Postdoin mobile app and to https://post.doin.site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details from Google Sign-In: your name, email address and profile photo.
- Business details you enter: business name, tagline, city, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, street address, website and logo.
- Brand choices: colours, fonts, templates and post language.
- Photos you upload, or pick from Pexels, to use in your posts.
- Automation settings: the welcome message, quick questions and answers, keyword replies, away message, comment replies and other texts you write.
Information we create for you
- Generated posts: the images, captions and hashtags Postdoin makes for you.
Information from Instagram, when you connect your account
If you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account through Instagram's official login (Meta), you choose which permissions to grant. Depending on those permissions we receive:

We only process messages and comments to run the automations you turned on, and we do not read them for any other purpose.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data needed to run the service and keep it secure, such as app version, device type and error reports.
2. How we use information
- To create your posts, captions and hashtags.
- To schedule and publish posts you approve to your Instagram account.
- To run the message, comment and story automations you switch on.
- To keep your account working, secure and supported, and to answer your requests.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or build profiles of the people who message or comment on your account. We do not use Instagram data to train AI models.
3. AI processing
To write post text, captions and hashtags we send your business details (such as name, tagline, city and contact details) and the chosen template to an AI text service. We do not send your Instagram messages, comments or followers' data to the AI service. The service processes this text only to return the post copy to us.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Postdoin, and only as needed:
- Google, for sign-in.
- Meta (Instagram), to publish posts and run the automations on your connected account.
- Our cloud hosting and database provider, which stores your account data and files.
- Our AI text provider, which writes post copy from your business details (see section 3).
- Pexels, when you search its free photo library (your search words are sent to Pexels).
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Nova Sphere.
5. How long we keep information
- We keep your account data, business details, photos and generated posts while your account is open.
- If you disconnect Instagram, we delete your Instagram access token and stop all automations right away.
- If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your choices and rights
- You can view and change your business details, brand, photos and automations in the app at any time.
- You can disconnect Instagram in the app, or remove Postdoin in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites.
- You can delete your account and data: see Data deletion.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to some processing. Email info@novasphere.rs and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and encrypted storage of access tokens. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about any breach as the law requires.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. When they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
9. Children
Postdoin is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
